Residential Home Inspections
A home inspection is a noninvasive examination of a homes overall condition. It is a non-exhaustive inspection of the homes electrical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC systems as well as any healthy or safety issues. A simpler way of thinking about it is like going to the doctor to get a physical done to check your overall wellbeing but for a house.

Pre-listing Home Inspection
A pre-listing inspection, typically paid for by the seller or listing agent, is an inspection documenting the homes safety, overall condition, and material defects before the home is under contract. This gives the buyer time to shop for the best pricing of repairs needed, saving the seller money while leading to shorter closing times and higher sale prices.

Builder's Warranty Inspections
A builder’s warranty inspection is a detailed home inspection of your newly built home done before the warranty expires. Builders typically give a new home a 12-month warranty the covers defects in material and workmanship. Any issues that arise after this 12-month period now fall on the homeowner to repair or replace out of pocket. Not having your new home inspected before the warranty expires could unnecessarily cost the homeowner thousands if not tens of thousands dollars when these issues become known problems at a later date.

4 Point Inspection
Required by insurance companies when insuring a home over 40 years or a rental home over 30 years old. The inspection is a pass or fail type that would require the home owner or buyer to fix these issues before an insurance company will cover the home.

Wind Mitigation Inspection
A wind mitigation inspection is when a certified inspector checks your home’s wind-resistant features. These features can be anything from door/window coverings to the way your roof is attached to your home to how your roof is sealed to prevent water from entering. Required to be renewed every five years to continue receiving your windstorm credits.Great way to save money on your windstorm insurance.
